Each week for the past year I have been pleased to bring you history lessons on some well known and some obscure topics. Today I will begin a new venture with a small blog with some classic recipes pulled from books over 100 years old that I have gathered in my travels. For some of you they will be familiar, similiar to ones you know now or knew in your youth. Many may surprise you as you see how eating habits have changed over the decades. Enjoy!
