One Cup Rice
1 Pint Milk
1 Pint Water
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Juice and rind of lemon
Small piece of butter
Boil rice, milk and water about an hour until rice is dry. Put in a bowl, add remaining ingredients then shape and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in lard very hot, enough to cover them.
